Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

All returns must have a return label on the package.

You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items and gift packs.

No refunds are available for sale items.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Everything Equine take sno responsibility for items damaged or lost during the shipping process.
